ARthur Flew (ARt) brings to our Advisory Board more than 40 years experience in software development, technology consulting, business development, onshore and offshore IT and Business Process Outsourcing and corporate leadership spanning diverse industries. His distinguished career includes several international postings including in the USA, England, Switzerland, India and Japan from which he brings a significant multicultural experience.
ARt was last the CEO of KARVY Global Services, the business process outsourcing arm of KARVY, the largest integrated financial services firm in India. He was located at the Headquarters in Hyderabad. Prior to joining KGS, ARthur was an early member at founding of MphasiS, a leading global IT services company and a founder of MsourcE, a global BPO firm. ARt served as President of MphasiS, and President and CEO of MsourcE; and later as Vice Chairman of the merged companies. These companies are now part of the HP group of companies.
Beginning in 1982, ARthur was associated with Citigroup (NYSE: C) where he held various executive level positions. Starting as a Principal Computer Scientist at Citicorp Transaction Technologies, Santa Monica, California, ARthur went on to become the CIO/COO – Head of Global Technology, Operations and Control until 1997 for The Citibank Private Bank; the largest non-Swiss Private Bank. Until 1999, ARthur was the Executive Vice President / CIO of Diners Club International (a Citigoup company) and led its Global Technology and Operations group.
Early stints in technology with the US Air Force, BancSystems Association, World Service Life Insurance and Centrex (a financial industry technology consulting company) served as good foundations for ARt’s career. ARt has significant experience in building value out of emerging enterprises and has deep knowledge of the offshore business process outsourcing industry. ARt occasionally consults to large, international Financial Institutions through his company auprix LLC. He has also published a large, historical photojournal book on Paris.

Elango is a leader who has successfully bridged the divide between core business and traditional support roles. He is the Global CHRO and Business Head for Emerging Geographies at MphasiS. Elango is the longest serving executive council member and has been an integral part of the MphasiS journey from a 12 million to over a billion dollar company. He has been acknowledged as a specialist in mergers andacquisitions and was part of the BFL – MphasiS, EDS – MphasiS integrations and many other acquisitions. He has been at the helm of integrating corporate social responsibility practices with the MphasiS business strategy. He is a member of the MphasiS F1 Foundation thatstrives for inclusive development of society through innovative programs. He has worked with the Raheja Group, The UB Group and Bank of America in HR and Learning leadership roles.
Elango is a regular columnist with The Wall Street Journal, The Economic Times and People Matters among other publications. He is the author of 'You Don't Need a Godfather', a humorous, down to earth book on achieving personal success. He is a regular speaker at leadership, HR and startup conferences. Dr. Chander has worked in multiple fields of medicine in her career span of nearly 4 decades. She worked for the first couple of years in India followed by in the UK since 1978, where for nearly the last 25 years she has been specialising in the field of Dermatology. Herwork involves consultations as well as surgical procedures for a variety of skin issues including skin cancer. She has seen the world of medicine, especially dermatology, develop to its current state over the last few decades across the world. As a part of her daily work she has trained and mentored numerous young doctors from varied backgrounds and nationalities. Prior to specialising in dermatology she had also worked in the areas of General Medicine, Paediatrics, Geriatrics and Chest Medicine.
Dr. Chander is a registered member of The British Association of Dermatology and The British Medical Council and is a regular attendee athe Annual Dermatology Conference in UK. Dr. Chander did her MBBS from Lady Harding College, New Delhi in 1974 and her DCH from Amritsar Medical College in 1978. She later did TRAB in 1979 in the UK and LRCP MRCS from Edinburgh and Glasgow in 1983. She has also done her Diploma in ‘Scientific Basis of Dermatology’ from Cardiff in 1993. Apart from these in the last few decades she has completed number of additional courses to further specialisein the field of dermatology.
For the last 20 years Dr.Chander has been living and working in New Castle, England with her husband, who is also a doctor, son who works in the space of biogenetics and daughter, a full time math teacher apart from being an athlete. Dr.Chander loves to travel and is anavid reader about yoga, Indian mythology, biographies, mystery and adventure books. She also enjoys cooking and gardening.

Jules Kortenhorst is the Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI). He is a recognized leader on global energy issues andclimate change. His background spans business, government, entrepreneurial, and nonprofit leadership.
Prior to RMI, Jules was CEO of Topell Energy BV, a company that developed a cutting-edge process for the production of solid biofuel. He also served as the founding CEO of the European Climate Foundation (ECF), the largest philanthropic organization dedicated to policy development and advocacy on climate change in Europe. Jules led a major effort at ECF to develop the roadmap for decarbonized power generation.
Before launching ECF, Jules was the CEO for International Operations of ClientLogic Corporation, a global leader in outsourced customer relationship management (CRM) solutions. Jules also served as a member of the Dutch parliament. Earlier in his career, he worked for eightyears for Royal Dutch Shell, including as managing director of Shell Bulgaria. He began his career as an analyst at McKinsey & Co. in Amsterdam. Jules did his Masters of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Economics from Erasmus University in Netherlands. He currently resides in the United States.
